Artist statement
I am interested in depicting the landscape,
showing my experience in the environment. The combination of abstract and
detailed shapes highligts certain elements of this painting. I composed this
landscape with warm and cold colours. Everything is calm but still expressive.
In the process of creating this artwork outside within the environment and gave
me the sense of freedom which is showen through my expressive mark making.
